Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and Unworn: For strict hygiene and safety reasons regarding mom and baby products, items must not be worn or used.
• Original Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
• Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging, complete with the box and any included accessories.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items purchased on clearance or during sale events.
• Any products that have been opened, used, or worn.

Damaged, Defective, or Fragile Items
We take extra care in packing our fragile items, including the Set Uri Tembikar, Set Pemanas Tungku Herba, and Mini Clay Burner. However, if these or any other items arrive damaged or defective:

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package.
• Please provide clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect.
• Once verified, you may choose either a full refund or a 1-to-1 exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or payment provider's policies.
