Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tungbayee. We want to ensure your wellness and care products reach you safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

We process orders on regular business days, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays).


  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+8) will be packed and handed over to the courier on the same business day.

  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+8), or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping within Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah, and Sarawak) as well as International shipping.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)


  • Courier Partner: Primarily shipped via Shopee Xpress/J&T.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the size and volumetric weight of your order's box.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping for local orders with a minimum purchase of RM60 and above.

International Shipping


  • We ship internationally! Delivery rates and courier partners vary depending on the destination country.

  • Final international shipping rates and estimated delivery windows will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page.

  • Note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Local Pickup / Store Collection

If you prefer to collect your items directly from our warehouse in Shah Alam, you can select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout.


  • Collection Venue: Tungbayee Warehouse / Office, Shah Alam.

  • Collection Hours: Available during standard office hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Process: Please wait until you receive an email or notification stating that your order is "Ready for Pickup" before arriving. Kindly bring your order confirmation email/ID for verification.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, a shipping confirmation notification containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we partner with reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally happen due to weather, peak seasons, or transit issues.


  • If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your tracking notification, please contact our support team immediately.

  • We will initiate an inquiry with the courier partner to locate your parcel or arrange an appropriate resolution.
